Information used for your estimate and service
Ambassador Property Services collects the name, phone number, email address, property address, and property details you enter when requesting an estimate. We also save your window counts, requested services, other estimate answers, optional comments, and calculated estimate results.
As we review and manage a request, we keep quote details and operational history, such as review notes, follow-up activity, approved prices, job status, and recorded service outcomes. We use this information to provide and review estimates, contact you, and operate and improve our quoting and service workflow.
Using this website
The estimate form uses browser storage to keep your progress and cookies to let your browser return to its estimate confirmation. We record first-party usage events, such as starting an estimate, reaching steps, submitting a request, and selecting Call to Book. These events can be linked to the submitted quote and help us understand how the estimate process is used and where it can be improved.
We use Google Maps Platform for optional address suggestions and search through Google Places, and to validate your service address through Google Address Validation before accepting your estimate request. Manual entry remains available; at final submission, our server sends your service address to Google for validation, including addresses entered manually. Google's use of this information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
